A STATESIDE SUMMER

The World Nineball Tour had a milestone month in the USA in August as the Florida Open, Arizona Open and US Open tournaments arrived in the country, culminating in a landmark moment with Nineball Pool being broadcast on ESPN2.

Alex Bower from our Communications team was on the ground throughout to provide our client with Digital support for both WNT and CEO Emily Frazer, with the team accumulating over 240 million social media views across the events.

Our PR team also provided remote support across the month, organising collaboration opportunities including pool legend Shane Van Boening heading down to the Frisco Roughriders home ground to practice his baseball skills around the US Open. In addition we put pool and baseball players to the test to find out exactly how much they know about each other’s sports ⚾️
